- Acting for the Banks (separately) in connection with (i) splitting up a syndicated loan and (ii) consolidating a separate bilateral facility with one syndicate member's commitments in the syndicate
- Acting for the funders in relation to the Oxenwood Real Estate joint venture acquisition of a portfolio of prime logistics properties in the UK
