• Spanish leading construction company in arbitration proceedings in connection with the construction of an EUR 1.7 billion underground gas storage facility.
• Danish global leader in the construction, sale and installation of wind turbines, in arbitration proceedings related to two wind farm construction projects in Latin America.

• Several Spanish surface water management associations in disputes against several construction companies in connection with the defective construction of a number of irrigation water pipelines.
• Madrid Bar Association in a dispute against a global provider of IT services in connection with the defective performance of a contract for the digital transformation of the Madrid Bar Association.
• Spanish leading provider of technological services in a dispute against a global media group in connection with the breach of a contract for the outsourcing of the media groups' global IT services.
