Caroline Boll-Kempelmann is a member of the Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice group. She specialises in commercial arbitration and litigation in national and international proceedings.
A key focus of her work is on national and international post M&A disputes in particular in the pharmaceutical and automotive sector.
A further focus of her work is on commercial contract and dispute advice in regard of e.g. product liability, warranty or general forms and conditions issues.
Caroline Boll-Kempelmann ist Mitglied der Praxisgruppe Litigation & Dispute Resolution. Sie ist spezialisiert auf die Vertretung von Mandanten in nationalen und internationalen Schiedsverfahren und Gerichtsprozessen.
Ein Fokus ihrer Arbeit liegt im Bereich von nationalen und internationalen post M&A Streitigkeiten, insbesondere im pharmazeutischen Bereich und im Automobilsektor.
Ein weiterer Fokus ihrer Arbeit liegt auf der Vertragsberatung und -gestaltung in den Bereichen des nationalen und internationalen Gewährleistungsrecht, Produkthaftungsrecht, bei Garantien, Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen und weiteren wirtschaftsrechtlichen Streitigkeiten.
