Dr. Alexandra Margarete Uhl specialises in banking and capital markets law.

She advises domestic and foreign investors, investment companies, banks and financial institutions on structuring, set-up and marketing of their products (e.g. special and closed-ended funds) for institutional clients.

In addition she advises on all aspects of German investment and banking supervisory law (e.g. licence, compliance and distribution issues). She particularly focuses on advising on the implemenation of the AIFM-Directive in Germany.

Further, she advises on German regulatory law issues relating to M&A transactions.

Sie berät in- und ausländische Investoren, Investment- und Versicherungsgesellschaften im Zusammenhang mit der Strukturierung, Auflegung und dem Vertrieb ihrer Produkte (auch Spezial- und geschlossene Fonds) für institutionelle Kunden.
