Kimi Liu is a counsel in the Banking and Finance group of Clifford Chance's Beijing Office.

Kimi is experienced in financial regulatory, derivatives, formation and deregistration work for regulated entities, employee incentive plans, design of cross-border financial product, analysis on regulation of cross-border capital flow, as well as investment, custody, administration and compliance of QDIIs, QFIIs, Stock Connect, Bond Connect and other schemes.
