Matthias De Bauw specialises in public and administrative law, construction contracts and real estate. He has particular expertise in public procurement, infrastructure contracts and the energy sector. This includes drafting, negotiation and advising in relation to EPC(I) and PPP contracts, advising on tender documents, and public procurement matters in general.
