  • Natures Care China Jianyin Investment Limited, JIC Huawen Investment Limited and Tamar Alliance Capital on the financing of its acquisition of a majority stake in Nature’s Care Manufacture Pty Ltd from the Wu Family
  • The arrangers on the USD4.5 billion take-private acquisition financing of GLP (listed in Singapore) by a consortium led by Hopu and Hillhouse
  • CVC Capital Partners on the financing of its US$1.1 billion privatisation of the Hong Kong listed Nirvana Asia Ltd, Asia’s largest funeral and bereavement care provider, via a Cayman Islands scheme of arrangement
