Clifford Chance advises Daniel Křetínský-controlled 1890s Holdings on its shareholding in West Ham United Football Club

Global law firm Clifford Chance is advising 1890s Holdings, controlled by Daniel Křetínský, in connection with the pre-emption process initiated by the Gold family and the increase of its shareholding in WH Holding Limited, the parent company of West Ham United Football Club.
