Clifford Chance advises Bridgepoint on acquisition of Lansweeper
Global law firm Clifford Chance has advised Bridgepoint, one of the world’s leading private equity investors, on its acquisition of a majority stake in Lansweeper, the Ghent-headquartered technology asset intelligence platform.
The transaction will see Bridgepoint partner with Lansweeper's CEO and the wider management team to support the company's next phase of growth, including continued investment in innovation, AI capabilities, international expansion and selective M&A. The transaction is expected to close by the end of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions, including regulatory approvals. Read more about the transaction here.
