Clifford Chance advises Delivery Hero on the recommended takeover offer by Uber

Global law firm Clifford Chance has advised Delivery Hero SE on its business combination agreement with Uber Technologies, Inc. and the related recommended voluntary takeover offer for all outstanding shares in Delivery Hero.

The Clifford Chance team advised on antitrust and regulatory matters led by partners Nelson Jung and Stavroula Vryna.
