Clifford Chance advises Arçelik on its acquisition of Whirlpool’s remaining 25% stake in Beko Europe

Global law firm Clifford Chance has advised Arçelik A.Ş. on its acquisition of Whirlpool Corporation’s remaining 25% interest in Beko Europe B.V.

Following completion of the transaction, Arçelik has become the sole shareholder of Beko Europe, obtaining full ownership and control of the business. The transaction represents another significant milestone in Arçelik’s international growth strategy.
