Clifford Chance advises Partners Group on the sale of atNorth
Global Law firm Clifford Chance is advising Partners Group, acting on behalf of its clients, on the sale of atNorth, one of the leading pan-Nordic data center platforms, to Canada Pension Plan Investment Board and Equinix.
The firm's team was led by partner Spencer Baylin, with partners Angharad Lewis and Jennifer Storey, director Martin Kolmar and senior associate Mark Inkester.
This follows the firm advising Partners Group on their acquisition of atNorth in 2021.
