Clifford Chance advises on PATEO CONNECT Technology's IPO and listing in Hong Kong

Global law firm Clifford Chance has advised China International Capital Corporation, Guotai Junan, CMB International Capital, Huatai Financial and CITIC Securities / CLSA as the joint sponsors and underwriters for PATEO CONNECT Technology (Shanghai) Corporation (PATEO) on its initial public offering and listing on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, which raised approximately HK$1.1 billion.

PATEO is a leading smart cockpit solution provider in China. It offers comprehensive smart cockpit solutions and vehicle connectivity support services to China's automotive industry.

Partners Fang Liu and Tianning Xiang co-led the deal with support from counsel Xuemei Wang and Haoze Zheng, senior associates Ryan Ho and Ran Bi, trainee solicitors Jill Zhao, Sibin Hong and Menglin Liang, and legal analyst Anthony Shen.

Fang said, "This transaction not only highlights the continued dynamism of China’s smart automotive sector but also underscores Hong Kong’s position as a leading international capital market for innovative technology companies."
