Clifford Chance advises EVS on strategic acquisition of Telemetrics Inc
Global law firm Clifford Chance is advising EVS Broadcast Equipment SA (EVS), a global provider of live video technology for broadcast and new media productions, in its strategic acquisition of 100% of the equity of Telemetrics Inc., a media production robotics company.
With this acquisition, EVS will expand its automation solutions and product assembly capabilities in the US market.
Partner Kevin Lehpamer and associate Peter Guinnane are leading the transaction with support from associate Alana McAndrews in New York and partner Niek De Pauw, counsel Gillis Waelkens and lawyer Chloé Petit in Brussels.
