Clifford Chance advises the lenders on the financing for Çimsa's acquisition of Mannok

Global law firm Clifford Chance have advised BNP Paribas-TEB, ING and QNB on the financing of Çimsa, a Turkish-listed global building materials company – and a subsidiary of publicly listed global conglomerate Sabanci Holding, in connection with the acquisition of Ireland-based Mannok.

This deal expands Çimsa’s footprint in the UK and Ireland while also strengthening Çimsa’s position as a leading international player in the building materials sector. It also marks another successful collaboration where Clifford Chance successfully delivered cross-border execution and financing capability for a complex, large-scale and multi-jurisdictional transaction.
