Global law firm Clifford Chance has advised Nafimij on the public offer for all of the issued and outstanding ordinary shares in PB Holding. The offer was declared unconditional on 4 March 2025.
PB Holding’s key asset is a minority interest in Bovemij NV, a company providing a variety of insurance services such as auto, fire, legal assistance, financing, and other business services.
The Clifford Chance team consisted of Jan-Hendrik Horsmeier, Ernst van der Touw and Robin Traas.
