Clifford Chance advises Montefiore Investment on the successful raise of its latest €420 million fund
Leading international law firm Clifford Chance advised Montefiore Investment, the leading investor in French service SMEs, on the final closing of Montefiore Investment IV, a €420 million fund, thus hitting its hardcap.
This fundraising, with an initial target of €350 million, was realized in only 3 months and represents a true vote of confidence from investors. It confirms Montefiore Investment’s position as a leading investment platform in French growth oriented service SMEs. This fundraising brings Montefiore Investment’s total assets under management to over one billion euros.
The fund has attracted a diversified investor base of prominent institutional investors including in particular new fund of funds and very long term investors (insurance companies, banks, pension and government funds, university endowment funds) located in Europe, North America, Asia and Australia. The strong existing investor base also renewed its confidence in Montefiore Investment's team.

Le cabinet d'avocats d'affaires international Clifford Chance a conseillé Montefiore Investment, premier investisseur français dans les PME de services, sur la levée de Montefiore Investment IV, un fonds de 420 millions d'euros, soit le montant maximal déterminé avec les investisseurs.
Cette levée de fonds, avec un objectif initial de 350 millions d'euros, a été réalisée en seulement 3 mois et représente un véritable vote de confiance de la part des investisseurs. Elle confirme la position de Montefiore Investment en tant que plate-forme d'investissement de premier plan dans les PME françaises en croissance dans les secteurs des services. Cette levée de fonds porte les capitaux gérés par Montefiore Investment à plus d’un milliard d’euros.
