Clifford Chance advises IKB on the issue of bonds by SAF-Holland
Clifford Chance advised IKB Deutsche Industriebank AG as Lead Manager on a bonds issue of SAF-HOLLAND S.A.
The volume of the bond amounts to EUR 75 million. Its term is 7 years and bears interest at a rate of 7% p.a. The bond is guaranteed by SAF-HOLLAND GmbH and SAF-HOLLAND USA, Inc. and listed at Deutsche Börse AG's prime standard for corporate bonds. The SAF-HOLLAND bond is the second one listed in this new market segment and the first allowing for a direct participation of private investors through the XETRA subscription functionality.
SAF-HOLLAND is one of the leading manufacturers and suppliers of high-end components and systems for trucks and trailers with an annual turnover of EUR 831 million in 2011 and more than 3,000 employees.

Die internationale Anwaltssozietät Clifford Chance hat die IKB Deutsche Industriebank AG als Lead Manager bei der Anleiheemission der SAF-HOLLAND S.A. beraten.
Die Anleihe mit einem Volumen von 75 Millionen Euro hat eine Laufzeit von 7 Jahren und wird mit 7% p.a. verzinst. Die Anleihe wird von der SAF-HOLLAND GmbH und der SAF-HOLLAND USA, Inc. garantiert und ist im Prime Standard für Unternehmensanleihen der Deutsche Börse AG notiert. Die SAF-HOLLAND-Anleihe ist die zweite Emission, die in diesem neuen Börsensegment notiert, und die erste, bei der eine direkte Beteiligung von Privatanlegern durch die XETRA-Zeichnungsfunktionalität möglich war.
SAF-HOLLAND zählt mit rund 831 Millionen Euro Umsatz im Jahr 2011 und mehr als 3.000 Mitarbeitern zu einem der führenden Hersteller und Anbieter von hochwertigen Komponenten und Systemen für Truck und Trailer.
