You are all welcome to celebrate the festival of Diwali with us, on a fun-filled evening packed with traditional performances, authentic Indian ‘bazaars’ (market stalls) and delicious traditional food.
The spirit of Diwali denotes how light conquers darkness, how love conquers hate, how compassion conquers selfishness and how selfless sharing gives deep fulfilment in our life. Diwali is a time to bring people together and celebrate sustainably with lights, bright colours, and a feast of food – and in this spirit, we will open the celebrations with a small puja (prayer and gratitude offering) and a keynote address from our guest speakers followed by a wonderful stage programme. There will also be live henna artists and stalls set up by budding entrepreneurs and artists to explore!
