The world of work has changed immeasurably over the last couple of years. As businesses continue to evolve to best serve the demands of a post-COVID world, economic uncertainty and the expectations of a modern workforce, what are the key issues facing those who are responsible for setting reward and workplace cultures?
On Tuesday, 29 November 2022 we will be holding an in-person breakfast seminar at our offices in London during which we will discuss and explore some of these key issues.
We are delighted to be joined by Andrew Ninian (Director, Stewardship & Corporate Governance at the Investment Association) and Lorna Dodson (Partner, Ellason LLP) and a panel of experts in Reward and Performance - Sarah Desai (Sainsbury's), Michael Piker (Flutter), Tim Taylor (easyJet) and David Edwards (Natwest).
During the seminar:
- Andrew Ninian and Lorna Dodson will each give their thoughts on focus areas for 2023.
- The Clifford Chance Incentives team will provide an update on key developments and opportunities in reward
- Our panel of experts will give their thoughts on the current challenges and opportunities they face when setting pay and reward strategies
- The Clifford Chance Employment team will discuss the key employment issues that businesses should be aware of when reviewing workplace cultures and adapting to the post-COVID environment.
The seminar is aimed at, and will be of interest to, RemCo members and those who work within the HR, Reward, Co-Sec and Legal functions.
The seminar will be held at our offices at 10 Upper Bank Steet, Canary Wharf, London, E14 5JJ starting with breakfast from 8.30am. The talks will start at 9:00 am and finish by 10.45am. Coffee and light refreshments will be available at the end.
We look forward to seeing you there.
