La Italian Competition Newsletter di Clifford Chance, volta ad informare con cadenza trimestrale sui più recenti e importanti sviluppi in questo settore di attività in Italia, è al suo quarto numero.Come ormai d’abitudine potrete trovare tra il materiale selezionato interventi dell’Autorità Garante della Concorrenza e del Mercato, del giudice amministrativo e del giudice ordinario in materia di concorrenza.
Dall’osservatorio della nostra Newsletter, possiamo rilevare che tanto gli interventi dell’Autorità Antitrust, che quelli dei giudici amministrativi e ordinari, nel corso dell’ultimo trimestre, sono significativamente aumentati in termini di numero delle decisioni e di loro approfondimento.
This is the fourth issue of the Clifford Chance Italian Competition Newsletter, intended to inform you– on quarterly basis – of the most recent and significant developments in this field of law in Italy. In those selects items you will find, as usual, decisions of the Italian Competition Authority, rulings of the administrative judge and judgments of the civil courts in competition.
As we monitor matters for this Newsletter, we have witnessed in the past quarter that the Antitrust Authority, the courts and the administrative courts have increased the number of decisions they have issued on antitrust matters, as well as expanded the reasoning in their opinions to include a more detailed analysis.
