People are central to everything we do. We realise our potential by creating a safe, healthy and inclusive workplace and by broadening our skills and experience.
We run numerous programmes and initiatives aimed at promoting inclusion and diversity and wellbeing at the firm, and have several growing diversity networks.
To ensure that all of our people have opportunities for development, we established the Clifford Chance Academy. The Academy provides around 1500 business skills and legal training courses to our lawyers and business services professionals.
We have set an amibition for gender balance in our partnership, and made commitments around improving our ethnic diversity, and supporting our people to be resilient. We are committed to championing Lesbian, Gay, Bi, Trans and Intersex (LGBTI) people in the workplace, and in 2018, added our signature to the UN's new Standards of Conduct for Business for Tackling Discrimination against LGBTI people.
