Nadia Kalic on M&A and Projects transactions with a particular focus on private capital in the energy and infrastructure sectors.

She has worked on transactions across Europe, MENA, APAC and Australia.

She is a member of our Worldwide Projects Group, co-head of the Global Oil & Gas Group, co-lead partner of our Digital Infrastructure Group and a member of our Global ESG Board.

She is also a Board member of the Energy and Resources Law Association in Australia.

  • Partners Group on the sale of CWP Renewables, its vertically integrated renewable energy platform in Australia, to Squadron Wind Energy Assets. Australia’s largest renewable energy deal to date.
  • Renewable Energy Systems Ltd. (RES), the world’s largest independent renewable energy company, on its agreement to acquire Ingeteam’s renewable services division
  • Gelion Technologies on a joint development agreement with California-based next-generation energy company Ionblox to develop high performance next-generation lithium silicon sulfur (LiSiS) cells for the global electric vehicle (EV), electrical vertical-takeoff-and-landing (eVTOL) and drone markets
  • Confidential Investor on its co-investment in the Brookfield-led consortium in relation to its takeover offer for Origin Energy via scheme of arrangement for $18.7 billion. This is the most significant transaction ongoing in Australia presently
