As stock market values have fluctuated during the financial crisis, investors have seen increasing opportunities for realising value by acquiring listed companies. The Warsaw Stock Exchange ("WSE") has been very successful in attracting many new entrants to the market, both from Poland and the wider Central and Eastern European region. As a result, there has recently been increased interest in acquiring shares in companies listed on the WSE. This
