Mit unserer heutigen Ausgabe des "Newsflash" nehmen wir Bezug auf ein Urteil des Bundesgerichtshofs vom 09.06.2011, wonach Schadensersatzansprüche gegen öffentliche Auftraggeber künftig einfacher durchsetzbar sind.

In our current issue of "Newflash", we refer to a judgment of the Federal Court of Justice from 9 June 2011, according to which damage claims against contractors from the public sector are now more easily enforceable.
