Nienke van Stekelenburgh specialises in acquisition finance and structured finance including asset-based finance. She has significant experience in a wide variety of asset based financing including where private equity sponsors are involved. Nienke also works on distressed debt and restructuring transactions. She advises both lenders and sponsors, offering clients efficient service and to-the-point advice. Apart from that, Nienke is involved with start-ups as well.
