Klaus Minuth focuses on advising local and international investors, banks, project developers and public authorities with real estate transactions, particular large-scale portfolio (asset and share deals) and sale-and-leaseback transactions, including building contract law (incl. general contractorly’s agreements, design-and-build contracts), commercial leases and real estate financings.
