Felix Mühlhäuser is the Practice Area Leader for TPE Germany. He has been a lawyer with Clifford Chance since 2000 and partner since 2008. He is qualified as tax advisor and specialised tax lawyer.
Felix advises a broad range of clients – corporates, banks and financial intermediaries, financial investors – on domestic and international tax planning and associated legal questions. He is specialised in advising on the structuring of financing and corporate structures, with a particular focus, inter alia, on mergers & acquisitions, financing transactions, financial instruments, securitizations and restructurings relating thereto.
Felix also regularly acts for clients in large-scale tax disputes and advises on relating internal investigations.
Felix Mühlhäuser leitet den Bereich TPE Deutschland. Er ist seit 2000 als Rechtsanwalt bei Clifford Chance tätig, seit 2008 als Partner. Er ist auch als Steuerberater und Fachanwalt für Steuerrecht qualifiziert.
Felix berät ein breites Spektrum von Mandanten – Unternehmen, Banken und Finanzintermediäre, Finanzinvestoren – bei der nationalen und internationalen Steuerplanung und den damit verbundenen Rechtsfragen. Er ist spezialisiert auf die Beratung bei der Strukturierung von Finanzierungs- und Unternehmensstrukturen, mit besonderem Fokus u.a. auf Mergers & Acquisitions, Finanzierungstransaktionen, Finanzinstrumente, Verbriefungen und damit zusammenhängende Restrukturierungen.
Darüber hinaus vertritt er regelmäßig Mandanten in großen Steuerstreitigkeiten und berät bei damit verbundenen internen Untersuchungen.
