Matt Slider is a counsel in the US asset finance practice in the New York office.

He has experience advising clients on a wide range of complex transaction structures, including asset-backed securitizations, revolving credit finance facilities, capital markets, alternative investments, collateralized loan obligations, leasing company acquisitions, restructurings, and sale and leasebacks.

Matt also counsels clients on asset sales, assignments, and transfers of leases for aircraft, aircraft engines, railcars, and shipping vessels.
