As part of the Funds & Investment Management team in New York, Dan's practice covers the establishment and operation of domestic and international private funds, including closed-end, hybrid and open-end products.
He also works closely with the Specialty Finance and Permanent Capital Vehicle practices setting up private vehicles to invest in REITs and operating companies that intend to conduct an IPO.
