Chase Lindsey has extensive experience in financial regulatory matters and government enforcement actions. Chase advises multi-national broker-dealers, asset managers, and other financial services companies on US laws and regulations governing securities, derivatives, investment management, banking, and digital assets. Chase also represents clients in investigations and enforcement matters before the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, the Department of Justice, and self-regulatory organizations.
Prior to joining Clifford Chance, Chase was an Assistant Chief Counsel in the Division of Market Oversight at the Commodity Futures Trading Commission. Before that, he was a litigation associate at large law firms in New York and D.C. and clerked for Judge Rebecca Beach Smith in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
