Pawel Zawiślak specialises in tax law. He gained experience previously working for a Big Four firm and a leading Polish law firm. He has worked in tax consulting for foreign as well as Polish investors and on M&A projects.
He provides advisory services to clients and as well supports the M&A legal team as well as the GFM, Real Estate and Energy departments.
Paweł has provided tax compliance advice (especially in the area of VAT and CIT). Paweł has experience in cross-border transactions, international projects, tax risk management and restructuring.
