Jan is a Czech qualified Associate in the Prague office´s real estate practice. Jan established himself as an active member of the real estate team, specializing in real estate M&A transactions, construction law and asset management.
- GLP in connection with the acquisition, development and leasing of a top-class logistics facility located in Prague Chrášťany. This project was awarded first prize in the competition Best of realty 2021 (Industrial and Warehouse Complexes category).
- LCN Capital Partners on sale and lease back acquisition of a portfolio consisting of 11 car showrooms in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
- GLP in connection with the acquisition, development and leasing of a multi-tenant logistics complex located in Brno Holubice and related financing.
- Česká spořitelna in connection with financing of development of a wind power plant park for Větrné elektrárny Jívová.
- Commerz Real on sale of the commercial property Charles Square Centre which has a total of 14,000 square metres of office space and 4,600 square metres of retail space.
- Corporate Finance House Group in a joint venture with Českomoravská Nemovitostní on acquisition of Churchill Square office from Penta Real Estate. The value of over CZK 4 billion made this the largest Real Estate office transaction of 2020 in the Czech Republic.
