Sunny Jong is a Counsel in Clifford Chance's Global Financial Markets Team, a member of the firm's Worldwide Projects Group, and our Energy and Natural Resources, Transportation and Infrastructure Sector Groups.

Sunny specialises in infrastructure, project finance, acquisition finance and corporate finance, acting for both lenders and borrowers, in connection with the development and financing of complex and large-scale projects in the renewable energy, power, oil and gas, natural resources and infrastructure sectors.

Sunny has worked on many market leading project finance and acquisition finance transactions, including numerous privatisations, renewable platform transactions and public private partnerships.
