- Commercial and development finance institution lenders (KfW, Proparco, DEG and Société Générale) in connection with the US$234 million financing of the 100MW Altiplano-La Puna solar project in the province of Salta, Argentina. The financing includes a tranche covered by the French export credit agency Bpifrance Assurance Export S.A.S. ("BPI") as well as an uncovered loan tranche, and represents the first transaction in Argentina backed by an export credit policy from BPI
- OPIC and EKF in connection with the 151.8MW Taiba wind project being developed by Parc Eolien Taiba NDiaye S.A. in Senegal, which is Senegal's first industrial-scale wind power project and, when completed, will be the largest wind farm in West Africa
- KEPCO and the KEPCO Woori Sprott Global Private Equity Fund on their acquisition of a 309MW utility solar project in California from Canadian Solar subsidiary Recurrent Energy for US$188.15 million
- Commerzbank AG, New York Branch in connection with the tax equity bridge financing of the 250MW Amadeus wind farm project to be constructed in Kent, Fisher and Stonewall Counties in the US state of Texas
- IFC in connection with a subordinated loan extended to Banque Attijari de Tunisie, S.A. for the purpose of on-lending to eligible SMEs to finance sub-projects including the installation of energy efficiency improvements, small-scale renewable energy generation and green building projects. These sub-projects will help support Tunisia's drive to increase its renewable energy capacity and reduce energy shortages while combatting climate change
- Atradius, the Dutch export credit insurer, and a club of seven commercial banks in connection with a US$1.1 billion financing for GlobalFoundries Inc., a subsidiary of Abu Dhabi’s Mubadala Investment Company
- Financial investors on the private placement refinancing of the 433MW Norte II gas-fired power project in Mexico developed by KEPCO, Samsung and Techint, including a tranche of notes guaranteed by KEXIM
