  • International Power on the sale of its Czech assets to J&T - one of the most significant transactions in the Czech energy sector of the last decade.
  • Anheuser-Busch InBev on the sale of its Central European operations to CVC Capital Partners - amongst the largest private equity transactions in Central Europe ever.
