Clifford Chance advises the lenders on Vastned's €225 million bridge financing facility

Global law firm Clifford Chance has advised ABN AMRO Bank and Rabobank in relation to a €225 million bridge financing facility for Vastned, the listed European retail property company.

Agreement on the bridge financing was previously announced on 15 February 2024. The bridge facility provides Vastned with flexibility to cover the loan maturities that it has to repay as per September 2024 and to continue to execute on its divestment program as part of a strategic reorientation.
