International law firm Clifford Chance has advised a joint venture of the “CCP 5 Core-Plus Fund” managed by Tristan Capital Partners and Investa Real Estate on the sale of a commercial property to CAIROS Group.
The property with a total rental space of 6,900 square metres is located at Amsterdamer Straße 172-174 in Niehl and is leased to VdS Schadenverhütung on a long-term basis. The property was part of a portfolio of eight office buildings that Tristan Capital Partners acquired from Cording Real Estate Group (today: "Edmond de Rothschild Real Estate") at the end of 2019.
The Clifford Chance team advising the joint venture consisted of partner Philipp Stoecker, associate Lancelot Arenberg and senior legal support assistant Sabrina Becker (all Real Estate, Frankfurt).

Die internationale Anwaltssozietät Clifford Chance hat ein Joint Venture des von Tristan Capital Partners gemanagten "CCP 5-Core-Plus-Fonds" und Investa Real Estate beim Verkauf einer Gewerbeimmobilie an die CAIROS Gruppe beraten.
Das Objekt mit einer Mietfläche von 6.900 m² befindet sich an der Amsterdamer Straße 172-174 in Niehl und ist langfristig an die VdS Schadenverhütung vermietet. Die Immobilie gehörte zu einem Portfolio von acht Bürogebäuden, das Tristan Capital Partners Ende 2019 von der Cording Real Estate Group (heute: "Edmond de Rothschild Real Estate") erworben hatte.
