Clifford Chance advises Tristan Capital Partners on the sale of two office properties to Sterlon Asset Management
International law firm Clifford Chance has advised pan-European investment manager Tristan Capital Partners on the sale of two office properties from its managed fund "Episo 6" to Sterlon Asset Management, an investment specialist focusing on off-market real estate transactions in Germany.
Sterlon Asset Management acquires the two properties in Wiesbaden-Erbenheim and Darmstadt-Arheiligen for a consortium of investors in an off-market transaction. The buildings comprise around 11,700 square metres of total rental space. The main tenants are the state capital Wiesbaden and the state of Hesse.
Tristan Capital Partners is an independent real estate investment management boutique based in London, specialising in real estate investments in the UK and Continental Europe. Clifford Chance has advised Tristan on a number of important transactions, including the joint venture with Lübke & Kelber on the purchase of a residential real estate portfolio from BCP earlier this year.

Sterlon Asset Management sichert sich in einer Off-Market Transaktion die zwei Objekte in Wiesbaden-Erbenheim und Darmstadt-Arheiligen für ein Investorenkonsortium. Die Gebäude umfassen rund 11.700 Quadratmeter Gesamtmietfläche. Hauptmieter sind die Landeshauptstadt Wiesbaden und das Land Hessen.
