Clifford Chance advises IPOPEMA Securities on the issue of bonds with a total value of PLN 140 million by Echo Investment
International law firm Clifford Chance advised IPOPEMA Securities S.A. on the issue of 5-year unsecured bonds with a total value of PLN 140 million by Echo Investment S.A., a leader on the real estate market in Poland. Their interest rate was determined based on the variable WIBOR 6M rate increased by a margin for investors. In relation to the issue, IPOPEMA Securities acts, among other things, as the organiser and exclusive dealer of the issue.
The money obtained from the bond issue will be used to strengthen the leading position on the real estate market in Poland.

Previously, we advised IPOPEMA Securities on the establishment of a new up to PLN 500 million bond issuance programme and the first bond issue under the programme by Echo Investment.

Międzynarodowa kancelaria prawna Clifford Chance doradzała na rzecz IPOPEMA Securities S.A. w związku z emisją przez Echo Investment S.A., lidera na rynku nieruchomości w Polsce, 5-letnich obligacji niezabezpieczonych o łącznej wartości 140 milionów PLN. Ich oprocentowanie ustalone zostało w oparciu o zmienną stawkę WIBOR 6M powiększoną o marżę dla inwestorów. W odniesieniu do tej emisji IPOPEMA Securities pełni rolę, między innymi, organizatora i wyłącznego dealera emisji.
Pieniądze pozyskane z emisji obligacji zostaną wykorzystane na umacnianie pozycji lidera na rynku nieruchomości w Polsce.
