Clifford Chance announces the promotion of Dominik Vojta to Counsel

Clifford Chance's Prague office announces the promotion of Senior Associate Dominik Vojta to Counsel, effective from 1 May 2023. The Counsel status has been established by the firm to acknowledge exceptional contributions made by senior associates and their potential for partnership.

Dominik, who has been with Clifford Chance since 2012, specializes in leveraged, project, real estate, and acquisition finance across various industry sectors such as aviation, IT, energy, and healthcare. He is a key member of the Banking & Finance team in the Prague office and has acquired substantial industry expertise through his involvement in some of the largest financing transactions in the Czech Republic and wider region.
