Clifford Chance advises Invest International on the financing of GZT Healthcare Investment B.V., in connection with the Gaziantep City Hospital in Türkiye

International law firm Clifford Chance advised Invest International with the EUR 45 million financing of GZT Healthcare Investment B.V., a subsidiary of Rönesans Holding, in connection with the Gaziantep City Hospital, a public private partnership in Türkiye.

The public city hospital complex, with 1875 new beds, will serve Gaziantep and surrounding cities in south-central Türkiye. The complex will add much needed healthcare capacity to the region, which was hit by a devastating earthquake on 6 February 2023.
