Clifford Chance advises R.Power on EUR 150m investment from Three Seas Initiative Fund, with the option of an increase to EUR 250m
International law firm Clifford Chance advised R.Power on its recent investment transaction with Three Seas Initiative Investment Fund S.A. SICAV-RAIF (3SIIF). Under the terms of the deal, 3SIIF will invest EUR 150m in R.Power, one of the fastest-growing companies on the European market of large-scale solar energy, and become a minority shareholder in the company. R.Power's current shareholders will retain a majority stake and continue to manage the company, while 3SIIF will have the option to increase its investment to a total of EUR 250m. Amber Infrastructure, a UK-based specialist international investment manager, is the exclusive investment adviser to 3SIIF.
The Clifford Chance legal team was led by Wojciech Polz (Partner).
