Clifford Chance advised ARETE in relation to financing of the fund's portfolio in excess of 100 million euros

Clifford Chance is proud to have provided legal advice to ARETE, the investment and real estate group, in connection with the bank financing of its portfolio in excess of one hundred million euros. This milestone transaction, which amounts to two and half billion crowns, was signed with a consortium of banks Česká spořitelna and Slovenská sporiteľňa. The financing will be used for the construction of new industrial parks by Arete's development team and planned acquisitions of industrial income properties, which ARETE group focuses on.
