Clifford Chance advises Equistone in relation to certain aspects of its acquisition of BUKO Infrasupport and BUKO Waakt

International law firm Clifford Chance has advised European investment company Equistone in relation to certain aspects of its acquisition of a majority stake in BUKO Infrasupport and BUKO Waakt, leading providers of traffic and safety management solutions in the Netherlands.

Together with current shareholder Scheybeeck Participaties and the management team, Equistone will focus on further expanding the market position in the Netherlands and targeted expansion into neighbouring countries. Read more about the acquisition.
