Clifford Chance advises syndicate of lenders on Ahold Delhaize's upsized €1.5 billion Sustainability-Linked Revolving Credit Facility
International law firm Clifford Chance has advised the syndicate of lenders on Ahold Delhaize’s €1.5 billion Sustainability-linked Revolving Credit Facility.
The new facility increases the total revolving commitments from €1 billion to €1.5 billion and extends the maturity date to December 2027. The Facility links the cost of borrowing to Ahold Delhaize’s annual performance on sustainability KPIs. Read more about the facility here.
