Clifford Chance advises Union Investment on the acquisition of an office building at 40-42, rue de la Folie-Régnault in Paris
Union Investment, acting on behalf of the UniInstitutional European Real Estate fund, acquired from Foncière Concorde an office building in future state of completion (VEFA) located at 40-42, rue de la Folie-Régnault in the 11th arrondissement of Paris.
The asset, currently being demolished and rebuilt, will develop a rental area of ca. 2,900 m². It is aiming for the Breeam environmental certification ('Very Good' level) and will be compliant with the EU taxonomy regulations. The property is fully let to Institut Français.

Union Investment a acquis en VEFA, pour le compte du fonds UniInstitutional European Real Estate, un immeuble de bureaux situé au 40-42, rue de la Folie-Régnault dans le 11ème arrondissement de Paris auprès de Foncière Concorde.
L'actif, en cours de démolition-reconstruction, développera à terme une surface locative de 2 900 m² environ. Il sera conforme à la taxonomie européenne et vise la certification environnementale Breeam, niveau "Very Good". L'immeuble est loué en totalité à l'Institut Français.
