Clifford Chance advises Sofidy on acquisition of office complex
Clifford Chance has advised Sofidy, a subsidiary of the French asset management and investment group Tikehau Capital, on its acquisition of an office complex in Bonn. The purchase took place as part of an off-market transaction.
The acquisition forms part of Sofidy's ongoing European strategy and will further strengthen its presence in Europe. The complex of six connected buildings has a total area of 21,800 m² and offers almost 300 parking spaces. The complex was built in 1970 and is in the process of being renovated. It is almost fully let, with tenants including the Institute for Federal Real Estate and the Federal Agency for Agriculture and Food. Clifford Chance has previously advised Sofidy on a number of office property acquisitions.

Die internationale Anwaltssozietät Clifford Chance hat Sofidy, eine Tochter des französischen Vermögensverwalters Tikehau Capital, beim Erwerb eines Bürohausensembles im Bonner Bundesviertel beraten. Der Kauf erfolgte im Rahmen einer Off-Market-Transaktion.
Mit dem Erwerb setzt Sofidy seine Entwicklungsstrategie in Europa fort und verstärkt die Präsenz in Deutschland. Die sechs miteinander verbundenen Gebäude verfügen über eine Fläche von 21.800 Quadratmetern und fast 300 Parkplätze. Das 1970 erbaute Ensemble wurde und wird renoviert und ist nahezu vollständig vermietet. Zu den Mietern zählen beispielsweise die Bundesanstalt für Immobilienaufgaben sowie die Bundesanstalt für Landwirtschaft und Ernährung. Clifford Chance hat Sofidy bereits mehrfach beim Kauf von Büroimmobilien begleitet.
