Clifford Chance advises Real Madrid on its strategic agreement with Sixth Street and Legends

Clifford Chance has advised Real Madrid C. F. on its strategic agreement with Sixth Street and Legends, a company specialising in stadium management and premium experiences for sports organisations and the organisation of major events, with the aim of making the stadium a benchmark for leisure and entertainment globally.

This agreement will provide Real Madrid with a contribution of approximately €360 million to be invested across any of the Club’s activities. Through this alliance, Sixth Street, an American investment firm, has acquired the right to participate in the operation of certain businesses of the new Santiago Bernabéu stadium for a period of twenty years. Legends will also contribute its experience and knowhow in the operation of large stadiums and leisure centres, making it possible to optimise the management of the Santiago Bernabéu stadium.

Clifford Chance asesora al Real Madrid en su acuerdo estratégico con Sixth Street y Legends

Clifford Chance ha asesorado a Real Madrid C. F. en su acuerdo estratégico con Sixth Street y Legends, compañía especializada en gestión de estadios y experiencias premium para organizaciones deportivas y organización de grandes eventos, con el objetivo de convertir el estadio en un espacio referente mundial del ocio y el entretenimiento.

Este acuerdo supondrá para el Real Madrid una aportación de aproximadamente 360 millones de euros, que el club podrá destinar a cualquiera de sus actividades. A través de esta alianza, Sixth Street, firma de inversión americana, adquiere el derecho a participar en la explotación de determinados negocios del nuevo estadio Santiago Bernabéu durante un período de veinte años. Asimismo, Legends aportará su experiencia y conocimiento en la operación de grandes estadios y centros de ocio, permitiendo optimizar la gestión del estadio Santiago Bernabéu.
