Clifford Chance advised Total Specific Solutions on its tender offer for the shares in Sygnity S.A.
International law firm Clifford Chance advised Total Specific Solutions, a Dutch software group, in connection with the signing of an investment agreement with Sygnity, one of the leading companies in the Polish IT sector, and some of its shareholders, and the subsequent announcement of a tender offer for the purchase of all the company's shares.
The Clifford Chance transaction team advising on the deal was led by Jarosław Lorenc (Counsel, Capital Markets Group), and was composed of Katarzyna Aleksandrowicz (Associate, Capital Markets Group), Paweł Pogorzelski (Counsel, Litigation and Arbitration Department), Krzysztof Regucki (Associate, Corporate Department).
